Lucid – This Absinthe was developed by Ted Breaux and Viridian Spirits especially for customers in the US. It contains real grande wormwood, unlike many fake Absinthes in the US, and was the first Absinthe to be fully legalized in the United States.
Czech Absinthe or Absinth – Some Czech Absinthe is actually not Absinthe but more of a wormwood “bitter” because it does not contain anise. However, there are good Czech Absinthes – Toulouse Lautrec, Hills, TRUL 1792, King of Spirits and Sebor, which some claim is the world’s best selling Absinthe.
Doubs Mystique Carte d’Or – This is a top selling quality French Absinthe which is distilled in Pontarlier, France, using traditional methods and recipes but with a modern twist.
Absinthe Roquette 1797 – This Absinthe is named after the horse of legendary Absinthe creator, Dr Pierre Ordinaire and is based on an Absinthe recipe from the 18th century. It is distilled in Pontarlier and recreates the true Absinthes of the pre ban period.
