Many beer enthusiasts are eager to produce their own beer but fail to do so because of carelessness and impatience. This is why it is necessary to go through the whole process with great patience and thoroughness.
The four easy steps to producing beer at home is Preparation, Fermentation, Bottling and Maturation. Preparation is the first step and includes cleaning and sterilizing your equipment thoroughly. The instructions to do this are provided with the starter kit. Allow the yeast to stand aside to be used later on during the fermentation stage. Use around four litres of hot water to dissolve all the contents in the can. This can be done in a well sterilized bucket. If the weather is cold, then the water should be very hot. Add dextrose or glucose (1 kg) to it and stir well. Note that sugar should not be used at all. After adding 10 litres cold water to the fermenter and transfer the hot contents of the bucket into the fermenter. Mix thoroughly and fill it with cold water so that it reaches the 22.5 litre mark.
Next in the home brew instructions comes the Fermentation stage. Sprinkle yeast which is an important ingredient on the surface
